POLICIES AND AMMENITIES

 

Bathrooms are stocked with products for your use....soaps, shampoo, body wash/shower gel, lotions, etc. ....heat and AC .....each room has a small fridge for your convenience. There is also a microwave for guest use in the back hallway......coffee available on the main floor. 

 

*We are not not licensed to serve alcoholic beverages.

* We do not accept children under the age of 14.

* All reservations require a one night deposit.....with a 7 day advance notice of cancellation . A refund can be made less $25 service fee. 

 

* If rooms are reserved for an event such as graduation, game weekends, etc. then they require a 30 day notice.....especially if they have been reserved a year in advance . The initial deposit will NOT be returned until the rooms can be resold at which time guest will be notified and informed of such a refund minus a service fee. If the entire amount has been paid and cancellation occurs less than the 30 days you will be responsible for the entire amount .

* There is no discount for late arrivals or early departures. 

 

*. Being a small business cancellations affect us greatly .....we will try to work with you to do right by both parties.

 

* We are a no pet and non smoking business......we have designated outside spaces for our smoking guests. 

*Rates are subject to change 

* Laundry service is available .....please ask....cost is determined by the amount of clothing. 

* If you need anything during your stay, please let us know 

 

*CHECK IN .......3:00 pm  to 8:00 pm

If you will be later please let us know ahead of time

 

*CHECK OUT .....Mon. - Sat. ....11:00am

    SUNDAY ......10:00 am....this gives us time to get to our church for

the 11 am service
